ACN: 640656088 (“CHECKOUT MY SHED”, “CHECKOUT MY SHED”, “us” or “we”), the operator of checkoutmyshed.com (as well as associated products, software and services, collectively referred to as the “Services”) and “you”, “your” and “yours” refers to our customers and third parties, excluding employees of CHECKOUT MY SHED.

CHECKOUT MY SHED will collect, store, use, process and disclose personal data in the manner permitted by law. As a customer or website user of CHECKOUT MY SHED, you give your consent to CHECKOUT MY SHED to access your personal data. All data is transferred or accessed using either a secure transport layer or encrypted algorithms. A majority of the data collected is centralized into a central database system, and housed within secure data centre facilities. This is available to staff across all regions within CHECKOUT MY SHED by way of an encrypted secure transport layer and individual staff authentication is required.
As a customer or website user of CHECKOUT MY SHED, you give your consent to CHECKOUT MY SHED to access your personal data. CHECKOUT MY SHED provides discussion features on its website which enable users to post and share comments. Any information posted or shared by users through comments or other interactive services will be visible between the companies associated by a declaration and will be available to other users who access the CHECKOUT MY SHED website.
